Larry Refsland has been analyzing income and expense reports for investment properties since 1983. His background includes real estate sales and sales management, instructor for Pro Source Real Estate School, continuing education instructor for real estate classes offered by Anoka-Hennepin Technical College, instructor for Randall School of Real Estate, Park Rapids, MN. He has been a mortgage lender for Lakeland Mortgage Corp, Bloomington, MN and Bremer Bank, Perham, MN. Larry worked as a consultant to Westsound Bank and Mortgage in Bremerton, WA and became the Vice President of Commercial Lending, handling troubled assets for the bank. Most recently, he was the President of Western Bank in Cass Lake, MN for over 10 years. He was the chief commercial lender for that bank with the majority of commercial loans being resorts and other travel accommodation businesses. He has been a guest lecturer at the Leech Lake Tribal College and the University in Khabarosk, Russia. He also provides business to business consulting services for Waking Girl Company, a national web design and marketing company, incorporated in Washington.
